"Came during off-peak season, so the serenity was more than we could ask for. Ao Nang beach is about 10 min drive away, while Krabi Town is about 25min away. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Their front desk is manned round-the-clock."

"Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."

"This hotel had bedbugs. We had a reservation in the 3br suite and around 11pm discovered there were bedbugs infested in all 3 rooms. I struggled with posting this review because all of the the staff are so nice but I see the room is available for reservation again and it was a total nightmare to discover this and deal with sanitizing our things and finding a new place to stay in the middle of the night. "We had a wonderful stay at Leelawadee. We appreciated how well-kept the villas and grounds were. Everything was clean and in good order while we were there, and the owners are very helpful and responsive.
