"Perfect for our needs. The apartment was clean, tidy and well situated, so very peaceful. The place was fairly busy but it didn’t feel crowded or loud. Staff were excellent - friendly, helpful and kind. We were on first name terms! The Pearl Bar was a great place to hang out; played pool, met lots of people, good old fashioned music. Close to beach and main street, so offered plenty of choice. Enough going on but not overwhelming. Highly recommend. "

"Great service from all the staff, so helpful and friendly. The resort itself was a little rundown in places. Also no signs to let you know for example pools were closed. There was also no obvious food/places to drink so even though the staff were the highlight of the resort the lack of atmosphere and signage let it down a little. Beautiful room, great jacuzzi and beautiful beach that felt like you had it to yourself at times 😀. Overall a nice little place."

"We stayed 5 nights oceanfront king bed villa 114. Room was very spacious. Right beside bar restaurant that opened at 11am. Other restaurant was open for breakfast. Omlette station was good. Other fruits, coffee etc was decent. 2 pools on one side and one pool on other aide of villa. Staff and servers were extremely friendly and helpful. Live music Sunday and Thursday night's along with nice fire show. I will come again and will stay for a month! Gorgeous beach! Ocean good for swimming....

"Cannot fault this hotel. The pool is lovely and all the rooms are pool side. Room was large and really nice and clean, aur con, water pressure and wifi worked well. Couldn't figure out the tv though but no biggie. It is set between the street and beach with direct access to both so you get the best of both worlds of Long Beach. Will definitely be staying again. "

"Very eco-and family-friendly beach resort with many amenities. Most of the guests have young children. Pristine, sandy beach with clear, calm water. Lots of comfortable chase lounges on the beach in the shade. Included breakfast has a wide and delicious assortment. Restaurant service is OK-very slow. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The resort is walking distance to tons of restaurants and easy to catch a ride anywhere."

"Stayed in the larger family room Pros- - Great location right on a beautiful beach with calm waves and multiple dining options - rooms are quite basic but functional. Kids were happy that there was a large 55inch tv - pool and lounging area are sufficient for a resort of this size - very good massage on the beach..one of the best in have ever had. What can be better: - the lady at the reception can be friendlier and more welcoming towards the guest. She is prone to be irritable if you ask...

"Liam is a wonderful host. He even picked us up from the pier, making it very easy to get to our room with all of our luggage. He was very accommodating, polite, and helpful. He gave great recommendations for nearby places to eat. The hotel is walking distance to the beach, which is absolutely gorgeous. This is a great option for your stay on Ko Lanta."
