"This hostel is amazing from the staff to the location everything is right. It's based in a bungalow resort so you get to use all the resort facilities. "I knocked down the number of stars because of two things. The AC was absolutely freezing in the dorms. I could barely sleep I was so cold, even with sweat pants and hoodie. Also only a couple of the bathrooms worked and they did not have sink for brushing teeth. You could see where sink had been. In general bathroom not too great. "

"This hotel had bedbugs. We had a reservation in the 3br suite and around 11pm discovered there were bedbugs infested in all 3 rooms.
