"Excellent little self contained flat. We loved having a small kitchen to cook some things and save money. Great having lots of surface space, a little balcony and eveything clean. It is very difficult to find this place however, as there is no signs and no advance instructions from the hosts, so this is a little stressful. It is just behind a nail salon, having to go down the side of a house. Also needs some structural work. Would recommended though as great value for money and easy 5-10 min...

"Just that the bed has always a sand or something rough (ofcourse I do clean my feet before going to bed). Probably because of an open air. But everything is completely beautiful. Very relaxing, chill and with peace, so sweet huts! 1 min walk to beach."

"There was no running water! And the a/c barely worked - then I changed rooms. The 2nd room almost as bad - took about 3 hours to cool down. The sign at reception about the city having a problem was uhhh a word template with the date obviously being changed. "

"Service is not good. I tried emailing them and WhatsApp messaging for up to a week in advance with no response. As we were due to arrive after 8 PM and their website said if you’re arriving after eight to let the staff know because there wouldn’t be anybody at the front desk so we weren’t sure what we were going to come into turns out there was somebody there thankfully the pool is really great nice and big. "Good cheap stay for a night"

"We picked Grandmom's Place just needing to spend one night in Krabi Town. The room was comfortable and clean, and it was very good value for money. One big plus is that it is within walking distance of good restaurants, bars and the like - it is very convenient indeed - will certainly stay there again"

"Very attentive staff on site. Strong dedicated WiFi signal for each room. Large fridge and strong A/C in the room. The resort offers mask/snorkels for free use but the glass on some were scratched so badly that it made viewing underwater very poor. I would suggest perhaps bringing your own snorkel gear for the best experience."
