"A wonderful stay in a double twin villa. We stayed in 1009 which is on the east side of the isthmus. It was spacious, the A/C worked great and plenty of outlets that accommodated American plugs. As a side sleeper, the beds were not to my liking - very firm. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. No wash cloth though, so bring a loofah. Excellent bath and face towel. Hot water kettle with a couple of tea bags and insta coffee. White sugar and powdered creamer provided. Two ceramic coffee cups that likely hold 8-10 oz of water. Our room came with the breakfast buffet which was very tasty. Take advantage of the one curry they'll have in the AM and mix it with scrambled eggs. Trust me. Coffee machine is strong! The airport transfer service is worth the price to save you having to think through the logistics. Depending on where the tide is when you arrive or leave, they make it very easy on you so that you don't need to traverse the long public dock. Our room was dated, and there was construction of a cafe that goes until mid June of 2025 right next to the busiest pool."

"I’ve been staying here for years. Very awesome. Views are incredible. Snorkeling on the beach is amazing and we swam over to shark point to snorkel with the sharks. Very awesome. Already looking at plans for next year. "

"Four nights and five days just wasn’t enough! We don’t want to leave! The hotel arranged all of our transportation. We were met at the boat and transported to an air conditioned room, given a cold towel and refreshments while staff took care of our check in and assigned us our bungalow. There are several pools and restaurants on the property, all walkable. The beach is pristine with a beautiful sandy beach. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, so much so that this has now become our planned annual vacation. There is no ATM, but food and sundries can be charged to your room and settled at checkout. "

"What an incredible hotel! You feel like you are in the middle of the jungle with all the luxury of a high end hotel. We stayed in a room with a hot tub on the balcony and loved taking in the views from the privacy of our own balcony. The service was also incredible! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Krabi"

It is a self contained world of tranquility, but unlike many resorts of the same caliber it is not isolating. "We truly can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It felt like a little slice of heaven tucked away in the middle of the beautiful chaos that is Koh Phi Phi. We were a bit hesitant after reading reviews about the noise, and while yes—it was definitely noticeable at times and we did have a couple of rough nights of sleep—it was absolutely worth it for how stunning the resort was. We stayed in the 100 section, which is right by the pool and beach, so I imagine being closer to the bay probably made the noise more noticeable. If you’re traveling with a family or are especially sensitive to noise, I’d recommend requesting a room closer to the lobby—those are more tucked into the resort and likely a bit quieter. One of the coolest surprises was that the hotel plays movies by the pool every night, and you can even catch the fire shows happening across the bay—such a fun bonus. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and didn’t want to be in the heart of the party scene in Tonsai, but still wanted to be close enough to walk into town for a change of pace and some cheap eats. This hotel hit that sweet spot perfectly. The bamboo huts were way cleaner and cozier than I expected—super charming and comfortable. The hotel also arranged a private longtail boat tour for us around the Phi Phi Islands (cushions and all!) for only 4,000 baht for six hours, which was such a highlight. All in all, such an incredible stay—highly recommend!"
