"Well located to 'posh' shops, Harrods etc. Near to Knightsbridge tube. Reception staff were friendly. I had asked for a high up room on my reservation but this was not picked up on. My room was clean and tidy, although it was showing a few signs of needing renovation, e.g. seal and grout in batthroom. Managed to get a good price for a double room meaning value for money was good."

"Hotel old tatty and dirty. Two single mattreses on double base were of different height but equally unconfortable. Stained settee had several holes in it. Bathroom had a sagging wobbly floor next to bath. Broken light fixture hanging on one wall. White powder in so.e corners in different rooms looked like possible insect repellent.
