"We were visiting our son who is a student at UMD. This place provided plenty of space for our family of 4 for sleeping and doing homework. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets to keep you warm on a cold winter night. It was a good location for going up the shore and into Duluth throughout the weekend. "We've stayed in this house a few times, both during the summer and winter. It's clean and cozy, and a perfect location for anything you want to do in Duluth. This December trip to visit Bentleyville was cold, very wet and cloudy, but it's always a delight to be so close to Lake Superior! "

"This cabin was a nice cozy cabin with enough sleeping room for the six adults we had plus we had one more bed for a single. It was located where we needed it to go further north or to go into Duluth. It was great. We came back one day and there were just four deer roaming around the property and the other day when I woke up there was one peeking in the window. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend. If I was gonna stay at Christmas, I would bring Christmas decorations....

"This VRBO rental was really nice and clean, every bedroom was made up really neat and with updated decorations and amenities. The family room was easy to entertainment small children and very cozy when you turned the fireplace on. It was a short 3 min drive to downtown Duluth/Canal Park area for going out to eat and entertainment at night. The only thing I didn't like is that there were full trash bags outside the backdoor when we arrived from previous people. Maybe they could of been taken out...

"We had a great time staying here! The house was very clean, had everything we could need, and we loved all the handmade pottery and all the houseplants around. It gave it such a fun vibe. We were surprised to learn the owner was staying in the basement unit, it seemed that should have been mentioned in the listing. "Our family loved visiting the "Train House," as our 4 yr old called it. Such a sweet little gem in a really neat city. Could add a few toys for the kiddos who visit, but all in all, a great stay. Thank you!"

"We loved our stay at the Vue! The unit is extremely clean and well stocked, the bed is comfortable, the location is amazing, the lake view is beautiful, and Lester Park is just a few blocks away. There is some road noise from London Road, but it quickly became background noise to me. I would definitely stay here or one of the sister properties again."

"We were in Duluth to watch the WCHA Final Faceoff at AMSOIL arena. It was perfect to be just 5 minutes from the arena and the aquarium (we are members). The apartment was so peaceful. Our kiddos played games at the table, colored, watched the boat docked with the binoculars. We all cuddled up on the couch for a movie. The beds were very comfortable. The layout is great as we could visit as we got dinner ready. I would love to return in summer and see the beautiful gardens. "
