"This hotel is very conveniently located right next to York Barbican. I had an event there so this hotel was a great choice. The staff were prompt and friendly, and explained everything well. The property is very secure with the gate locked and a code required to unlock and access the building. I felt very safe! Everyone staying at the hotel was considerate and quiet. "Amazing trip away, the pub is outstanding and the huts behind were brilliant to stay in. There are no cooking facilities but we were aware and planned accordingly. The mattress was not the most comfortable we have slept on but still would return in a heartbeat, had a brilliant trip away for a birthday treat. "

"Nice stay at the Arc. Kim is a friendly host. Room was a little cold but a supplementary heater was provided which made it cosier. Recommend it for access to central Harrogate. Bars and restaurants all close by. Parking was a bit difficult and Limited to on street but limited by a permit from the establishment. "
