"If you have an early morning flight out of Vienna - this is the best place to stay! We had an early morning flight out of Vienna and opted to stay here. It is a basic hotel but the beds are comfortable and the shower is nice and the bathroom is updated. Everything was clean. If you're looking for great customer service, room service etc. This is not the hotel for you. "Nice hotel and decent transport links close to underground station. Stayed for 3 night and the room wasn’t made up at any point but I’m guessing that is perhaps standard. One disappointment was that the pillows were really uncomfortable to me. I asked if they had any softer pillows and they didn’t. "

Best Hotel!

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! It’s right next to the heart of Vienna, very easily accessible to all the museums, theaters, and transportation. The staff is extremely courteous and they offer a phenomenal breakfast. Along with the beautiful rooms, they have excellent amenities like a sauna room, gym, and lounges. I will definitely be staying here again!"
