"If you have an early morning flight out of Vienna - this is the best place to stay! We had an early morning flight out of Vienna and opted to stay here. It is a basic hotel but the beds are comfortable and the shower is nice and the bathroom is updated. Everything was clean. If you're looking for great customer service, room service etc. This is not the hotel for you. We got there late in the evening, they had a small café in the lobby where you can get basic sandwiches, pasta, drinks etc. The...

"In general, a good hotel and attentive and friendly staff. However, after I pointed out to the concierge early morning that the coffee machine in the room was inoperative, the concierge shrugged his arms and told me in an utterly indifferent manner to purchase coffee in the restaurant - despite the fact that I had paid for an upgraded room at check-in."

"Very nice hotel, modern rooms, street parking right in front (they also had a garage, I never used it) balcony had views of terraced vineyards and over Krems, plentiful breakfast buffet, nice bar/lounge area, helpful staff, just tops! I didn't use any of the spa services or sauna/pool, but other guests looked happy coming from there! A few good restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk downhill if you don't want to drive. Was there in January; I'm sure it's even lovlier in summer. "
