"Der Kontakt und der Check-In liefen reibungslos. Allerdings ist der Zustand der Unterkunft mangelhaft und unhygienisch. Die Matratze dreckig und uns wurde nur ein feuchtes Handtuch für zwei Personen bereitgestellt. Wenn man keine hohen Erwartungen hat, kann das Zimmer trotzdem mit seiner Lage punkten. Tolle Anbindung an Öffis und die Innere Stadt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. "

"The apartment is located in easy walking distance of the subway and buses. The bedrooms are quiet and cozy and the front looks out on a quieter street. It was a really convenient and comfortable homebase for our visit to Vienna. "

"Spent three enjoyable days exploring Vienna, and this was the ideal home-base. Three tram stops from train station, and east access to tram and subway for traveling anywhere in Vienna. Three grocery stores with 5-6 minute walk, as well as various restaurants. Apartment is on the fourth floor, but we are all in our 60s and had no problems."

"We were thoroughly impressed by this property! The accommodations were as noted but would say they exceeded our expectations. Lots of space for 3 people. Very delighted with the convenience of the espresso machine!!!! Felt like home! The location was close to the U which made movement around the city so easy. The apartment is extremely well stocked with essentials! Great place to stay. Thank you so much 😊"

"We wanted a place that made us feel like a resident instead of a tourist with a nice bed and a kitchen so that we could make coffee and light breakfasts, that was easily walkable to the central city, and to the underground. This provided all of that. There are many restaurants within a very short walk and a store within 2 blocks and the underground within 3 blocks. It only took 15 minutes to walk into the central city. "Sehr umfangreich ausgestattete Fewo mit sehr guter Betreuung. Der Check in war sehr gut vorbereitet und dadurch auch sehr einfach. Es war einfach alles optimal vorbereitet - sogar Kaffee, Tee + Mineralwasser waren da. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz und ein Aufzug waren auch vorhanden. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung und sonstige Infrastruktur - S-Bahn, Bus, U-Bahn, Bäcker und Supermarkt nur ca. 600 Meter entfernt. "The hotel was very clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Located next to the subway which proved invaluable. The breakfast had everything you needed and was fresh. Only downside of the hotel was the poorly stocked bar in terms of spirits."
