"My only complaint was we were put in a handicap room across from the elevator. I should have asked for another room but didn't realize the noise the elevator would make. My husband is a light sleeper and the elevator "dings" kept waking him up! Lesson learned. Otherwise, we had a good stay, close to everything and 7 miles from DisneyWorld and the ESPN Wide World of Sports area. "

"If you expect high quality customer service and comfortable beds with clean carpets, this is not the place for you. I would go in with lower expectations. It’s a great place to just go to sleep- not stay for a full vacation. The ceilings are disgusting and I would never shower there. But it was fine to just a few hours of sleep. "

"This is our 3rd time staying here. We did not love this cottage as much as we did the others. Although each room had a bathroom there was not one outside the bedrooms. We had 6 people and there was limited seating & small living room area The master bathroom shower leaked all over the floor Wish we were told there was a hot tub do we could have brought bathing suits We liked that it was less than a 10 minute walk to the Salty Rim and the shuttle to the promenade was very quick & convenient"
