This hotel is really good if you are traveling with kids. They have many options for play and have fun. The rooms are comfortables and they have parking included.

The best part of the stay was Breakfast buffet. The front desk manager is very considerate. Our room was not prepared though we were charged for early check-in. It took us two days to finally get extra sheets and blankets for sofa bed AND hand soap. Our room had so many baby roaches. We spent two days at another motel and then switched to Magic Moment for 5 nights because we really wanted to experience the facility and room wasnt availablefor seven days. A bit disappointed at this point. Manager promised us that he will see what he can do to accommodate our inconvenient experience, has not heard back yet.

We were very disappointed when we drove into the parking lot. I don't know why call it "Resort" when its basically like a Holiday Inn. My sheets, pillow cases and towels were dirty. There was hair all over one of the beds. The room was just disappointing and of course, everything else was all sold out so I had no choice but to spend two nights in that tiny room. I'm positive that's not the room that I reserved. The play area for kids is the only thing that made my stay bearable. Don't waste your time paying extra for the pool view lol when I inquired about the POOL VIEW I paid for, the front desk said "Any room on the same side as the pool is considered a pool view." Doesn't matter if you can see it or not. I mostly spent all my time downstairs with my kids. Breakfast was ok(waffles, fruits, eggs with cheese, gravy, cereal, lemonade, apple juice.) The front desk staff is nice and friendly. I did not enjoy my stay at all.

The stay was terrible! My room was cold because the heat did not work. I was forced to take a cold shower because there was no hot water. I literally had to turn on the blow dryer to heat up the room.

Poor communication, noisy at night, no working shower on first night and waited 20 minutes for receptionist to answer call took 45 minutes for someone to check and donā€™t speak English had to google translate thatā€™s there no maintenance to fix shower, had promised an exchange room but when returned no room available. Buffet food was served with staff that does not speaks English. Very crowded and no seats. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Mattress is horrible too many decorative pillows for nothing had to throw them on floor
