Con: complicated check in process, property owner only provided room access code but not building access code. Building access code is provided via a phone call upon arrival; however, as a foreigner you don't have a phone, and there was no public phone around."

"Amazing stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and the place was so cozy! We were very close to the to Yotsubashi line, so access to Kansai was very easy! "Room was exactly like in the pictures. Was comfortable enough for our 2 night stay with our family. One suggestion...should have towel racks in the bathroom to hang bath towels. Also not sure if washing machine was also a dryer, but hung our clothes in the shower to dry (which was okay since we only had a few items to hang) Location was good, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Namba station."
