"Loved the hotel and facilities. The Room had a wonderful view of the lake and was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant was wonderful and the food fantastic. The biggest and best part of our stay were the staff. Friendly, attentive, and helpful. A huge plus for the hotel. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Whitewater hotel. All the staff were very friendly. We stayed for 1 night with our 3 month old baby and was given a really spacious room on the ground floor with a travel cot. We did stay for dinner at the hotel. The starter was a bit disappointing and when the waiter asked why we hadn't finished it he took it off the bill. The lamb and the steak was lovely. Breakfast was also nice. "Pleasant stay, staff are great, no Sunday lunch was a negative, menu limited and repetitive throughout the restaurants. Beds need new mattresses, hotel could do with some TLC and refreshing in areas. "
