"Staying in Queenstown for an extra 5 days after a two week tour. Hotel is new. Everything worked. Breakfast was good. Lobby, hallway and room were clean. Staff was helpful and check-in was a breeze. I arrived 5 hours before check-in time and they stored my luggage. Large picture window with views of the mountain and the gondola. Watching people paragliding was fun."

"Nice property with very friendly staff and good restaurant with great view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay. Worth noting that there is construction work going on adjacent which we were not aware of when we booked but this did not affect us too much. "

"Loved our stay here. Staff and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was lovely and we could easily walk to downtown Queenstown. The steep hill walk home would get the occasional whine from the family but the bedroom views made up for it when you got back."

"Had a lovely 3 night stay here. Ate at the restaurant twice and it was delicious. Staff were lovely. Room was spacious. Only downfall was the hill to get to the accommodation. We felt like we needed to drive down to the main area of Queenstown, and parking in Queenstown is not great and all paid. Parking at the hotel is a first come first served basis and basically luck of the draw. This could be better managed."
