"まず、ご飯が1泊２食付きと書かれていたので、鶏鍋やすき焼きなどが選べると思ったら、強制的に鶏鍋の予約になっていた。 結局アップグレードして（一人2000円追加）すき焼きにしたが…びっくりする位量が少ない!! ハチ北の他の宿に泊まってすき焼きを食べたときの半分ほどのお肉しかなかった。（画像で3人分です他にはご飯しかありません。） そしてお肉が硬かった。 あれは本当に但馬牛でしょうか…？ きっと但馬牛でもかなり安い部位なんだろうな…。 これでは楽天とかの方が安いので損をした気分です。 あと、卓球などができる憩いスペースがあったんですが、こちらにあるコタツ、ストーブ（コンセントが抜かれていて届く場所にない） 使わせる気がないなら、置くべきでは無いのでは？ 体脂肪率や筋肉量を測れる高い機械があります！！と部屋にあるパンフレットに記載があったが故障中。そもそもプリント用紙が入ってないので使わせる気がない。 これ、本当にハチ北で1番良い宿と言われるひさ屋でしょうか？ 客層も20代半ば位の若い子が多くて… 少しガッカリでした。 もう泊まりません。"

"This ryokan was a wonderfully luxurious experience with very warm and courteous customer service. I would love to give a special shout out to the young gentleman Ryuito (spelling?) who kindly checked us in and Harumi who helped us during dinner with such a friendly and cheerful attitude! "

"We drove to the ryokan from Nagoya Centrair and had no problems finding it. Parking was free and it was conveniently located right next to the ropeway (which was great!). Food was delicious and the onsen was great too. The only negative feedback I have is that certain parts of the room was dusty and perhaps the room needs to be cleaned more. Otherwise, it was an very pleasant overall stay."

"The staff couldn't have done more. They picked us up, pandered to my kids and were very friendly. スタッフはとても良かった！夕飯は大人ボイで娘は夕飯あまり好きじゃなかったからスタッフは次の夜豚カツ作ってくれました。 色なおもちゃも出してくれるから子どもにはとても良かった！"

"We were told the rooms are all smoking room. The cigarette smell was strong in our room so that was something we don’t really appreciate. The onsen facility was ok. The best was the one shared with the hotel next door."

"The hotel room was amazing. Large, clean, and comfortable. The location is a little out of the way if you’re not driving. The 20 minute walk to the train station was quite a hike up and down the mountain, but it was a lovely hike with great views. I’d totally stay here again "
