"Entrance to Hotel is confusing but check in easy. Asked if we preferred 1st or 2nd floor. We opted for 1st, as we didnt want to carry everything up the steps. However, the noise coming from the room above was awful. Could hear every step. So if you are a light sleeper, get 2nd floor. Room was clean and had been updated. Bed was comfortable and our room had a fridge and small microwave. Overall for the price it was a good stay for one night."

"I booked at this hotel and was supposed to receive an email within 24 hours of check-in with lockbox instructions to get my room key. I never received an email. There is no front office on the property so there was nobody to talk to about checking in. The number listed on Expedia went straight to voicemail because the office isn’t open on weekends and the number on Google was disconnected. I was pressed for time and could not check-in to the room I booked so I had to search nearby for a hotel...

"I confirmed my trip two days before with this site and when I arrived at this hotel it had literally BURNED TO THE GROUND but none of the hotels.com employees knew or believed us. Then they deleted our case number and pretended we never called about the issue. They insisted that they needed to contact the hotel that burned first, as if they would have a working computer or phone. "
