"Drake Motel granted isn't looking the best these days, and is the type of place where the soles of your feet turn black walking on the room floor, the walls could use a paint, and well the room isn't very clean. "I booked at this hotel and was supposed to receive an email within 24 hours of check-in with lockbox instructions to get my room key. I never received an email. There is no front office on the property so there was nobody to talk to about checking in. "I confirmed my trip two days before with this site and when I arrived at this hotel it had literally BURNED TO THE GROUND but none of the hotels.com employees knew or believed us. Then they deleted our case number and pretended we never called about the issue. They insisted that they needed to contact the hotel that burned first, as if they would have a working computer or phone. "
