"the place was ok, looked like a nice side of the downtown area, but the extreme precautions regarding parking garage and front door seemed over the top until I saw for myself how people tried to follow you into the building. they need security guard. I did expect there to be at least what was needed to make coffee or tea, there was nothing, a few old fast food condiments in the fridge. "We have been staying at this lovely townhouse for around 10 years. Great location, 1 mile to downtown and stadium. House is clean, spacious and well stocked. Parking is a little trickier these days as there have been several multi unit condos that have bedn added in the neighborhood- so street parking is harder to find. "We rented this property as a safe place for folks to sleep to avoid high surge prices on VRBO, as well as a central location to keep everyone safe after exploring the area on a holiday. The host was INCREDIBLE about answering our questions, and accommodating our guests. The facility was clean and so cute, the rooms were cozy and plenty of room for our folks to sleep, fits as many guests as listed VERY comfortably. "

"Booked a one evening stay for myself and my sweetheart. Home is beautiful. The home apeared to have been used and not totaly cleaned. the second bedroom bed had been slept in, the towels in the second bathroom had been used and not cleaned. There were candy wrappers on the night stand in the master.The home has a wonderful view and is very nice. It should be clean for the visiters arrival."

"We stayed at this location when we were in town for the Cyndi Lauper concert. We wanted to be close to the climate pledge Arena. It is a 25 min walk from this place. It is also close to Whole Foods, which is great for groceries. There’s lots of restaurants close by too. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities were wonderful. We used everything indoor, even though the outdoor ones were beautiful. It was just a cold day. Would really recommend!"

"My husband and I were very grateful that we found such a quiet location with gorgeous views of the beach and the Olympic Mountain range. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The best part was looking out the windows watching all the wildlife. We saw seals, lots of birds including Eagles, and deer walking on beach and eating in the yard.The house was well stocked with everything we needed; the beds were comfy too!! Lastly, our hosts were outstanding to work with, they gave us the option to check in...

"A delightful hotel very conveniently situated in the heart of Seattle close to Pikes Place Market and the Moore Theater. Very well appointed comfortable rooms. "I was in Seattle for a conference and this hotel worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the hotel was well situated. Downtown Seattle definitely feels grittier since I was here a number of years ago but the hotel itself felt safe and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I come back. There is no pool so it may not be exciting for families but it was great for my purposes. "

"The hotel is so clean, staff is super friendly, and the rooms are amazing! We spent Valentine’s Day weekend in Seattle and our hotel room was one of our favorite parts about our visit. We loved how cozy, clean, and comfortable the room was, not to forget everything is controlled on an iPad! Definitely will stay here again :) "

Near perfection!

"The only thing better than the hotel itself is the stellar staff. We went for our honeymoon and every single person working there made us feel special. The room was beautiful with a great view. The heat works great for thise cold rainy Seattle days. The hot tub is very hot and the pool is nice and warm. The restaurant had excellent battenders and servers and a solid french onion soup. Giselle made sure we had a great room for our special trip with a few special treats! and John helped us to book an extra night as well like it there so much. The tub was nice and big with pleanty of hot water on the 17th floor. "
