Pros- location (close to groceries, multiple eating places, short drive to Seattle, Bellevue, airport); size, parking, family-friendly area Cons - no bedding was available for the futon or air mattress for the first night & the 5th person passed an uncomfortable night; housekeeper supposedly came daily but there was no evidence of it (trash not removed, dust bunny on floor); guest can't control thermostat; somewhat thin walls between...

"It was convenient for parking your car and catching the light rail. Although it is noisy at night"

"Small room but I knew this before my stay so it was no surprise, what did surprise me was the closet was quite spacious and the bathroom was as well. Overall a very comfortable stay. Vince is a great host. "

"This place was clean and very good location. Ran into a few other guests and was fine. Walkable to a Walgreens for necessities and right next to a charming Main Street. Walkable for me to public transit station. Would stay again."

"A few of us visit Seattle for a long weekend and had a great stay a the High Point home. It was comfortable, well appointed and even had a few amenities that we didn't see mentioned on the listing. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in each shower. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bedroom with the queen size bed was a bit smaller but still adequate. "Lovely loft unit in the heart of downtown Port Townsend. Gorgeous views and all you want within walking distance: restaurants, shopping, bars, & Movie theater. Fabulous for all season Puget Sound watching. As noted, stairs are part of the experience but that was expected for us and not an issue. "Great stay! Beautiful place, clean and well maintained. 2 adults and 2 adult children, was tight but worked out well. Loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat! Was a quick drive to UW campus and loved the restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Beautiful neighborhood and felt safe!"

"Way overpriced for someones basement that they couldn't even be bothered to remove spiderwebs from. Parking was an issue from the moment we arrived, as they requested we have assigned parking that was already taken by their friend. Was told to contact them immediately if this happens and spent 30 minutes waiting for a reply. The pictures on the website are advertising a better place than what was seen. Request no noise from tenents visiting but expect loud noises from the house above."
