"There was an accidental double booking in my stay, but Vince was able to accommodate me at another location not far from the original location. The accommodation was just as the pictures he sent. Pros- location (close to groceries, multiple eating places, short drive to Seattle, Bellevue, airport); size, parking, family-friendly area Cons - no bedding was available for the futon or air mattress for the first night & the 5th person passed an uncomfortable night; housekeeper supposedly came daily but there was no evidence of it (trash not removed, dust bunny on floor); guest can't control thermostat; somewhat thin walls between...

"The kitchen was very dirty. The knives in the knife block on the counterhad dried up food on them, the countertops had food stains on them, and there was one tiny cutting board. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The owner/contact was very nice and helpful."

"Great place when you just need a clean, quiet place to stay and don’t want to pay for weight rooms,, pools etc. Beautiful kitchen with a few cooking essentials. They provide coffee only. Free parking out front in residential neighborhood. This was our second time there and will stay again next time we come to Seattle for family. Thank you. Paper towels would be very nice to have in the kitchen."
