"Overall very good towards end of stay. Some of the front desk staff was exceptional. Thanks for organizing the fruit dish for my wife’s birthday. Breakfast staff was only attentive to certain type of people and ignore all others. The staff assigned to Dinner and breakfast before check out was excellent. Just the way we were treated when we first reserved 5 yrs ago. We were disappointed in the closure of the sky lounge and pool bar. There was no communication of this prior to booking. "

She is prompt and very personable. I strongly suggest that it be made clear on hotels.com that this property requires an appointment in order to enter the premises. The contact person/owner was VERY rude in declaring that expectation. As someone who has been using hotels.com for over 10 years (...

"There was a nice breakfast place, about ten minutes walk away. The food there was good. Avoid Popeye’s. It was greasy."

"I visited the property on Saturday March 5 and found difficulty in gaining entrance and after the taxi entered on the opening of the mechanical controlled gate there were no signs indicating reception. After over 15 minutes I instructed the driver to leave the property and I went to R hotel where I booked a room for the duration of my stay in Jamaica. It was frustrating and embarrasing."
