"I had a bit of difficulty finding this place. Firstly, this apartment is not in New Kingston, but rather in a place called "Mona". Therefore, the name is slightly misleading. I booked this location and was eventually moved to another location, which was quite nice in the end, however, the security that is at the gate for this apartment complex needs to be aware that there may be guests checking in here that booked through Expedia. "The staff are extremely friendly and will do whatever it takes to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The pool and area is particularly satisfying and distinctive. The only feedback was in our room for two people there was not a lot drawer space for clothes. But this was a minor nuisance."

"The hotel was beautiful. Great location. I felt safe the whole trip. The restaurant is nice, I hope they update the lunch and dinner menu, but breakfast was wonderful. The restaurant/bar offers beautiful views of Kingston. The staff were amazingly nice and helpful. Definitely will stay there again. "
