Breakfast staff was only attentive to certain type of people and ignore all others. The staff assigned to Dinner and breakfast before check out was excellent. Just the way we were treated when we first reserved 5 yrs ago. We were disappointed in the closure of the sky lounge and pool bar. There was no communication of this prior to booking. "

"the room had bugs and cobweb, the bathroom was not cleaned and prep for our arrival. it appears that there was construction done to the room prior to our arrival and no one clean up after they were done. there was no food and water on the property we had to walked downhill for i mile and hike back up the hill with water for drinking. the food that was served on the first night was staled and awful. therefore, we checkout early."
