The staff was helpful, hotel room was very clean, the hotel felt safe with its 24/7 security, the property was quiet and the property is in an ideal and convenient location.
This is my second stay at the hotel. The staff was helpful, property quiet and I felt safe. The room was also very clean and there was more than adequate parking for guests' vehicles. I recommend this hotel to anyone considering making a booking at this hotel.
Fabulous little hotel just a 5 min walk from the Bob Marley Museum. A safe hotel, basic but what we expected, very clean (I would have given it 6 stars if I could), easy to find, loads of parking. Staff are friendly. Very nearby in a few mins walk is a coffe shop, supermarket and a local bar and restaurant.

I stayed here before and will always return for short stays. Very convenient area. Staff are absolutely amazing ppl. I got an early check in (I was very early), always greeted with a smile and this hotel is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. My only issues this time was no phone in my room, no hot water at the sink and the bed was a bit hard but nothing that was unbearable. I will be back, feels like home!
Front desk had good customer service. Outside was beautiful. I felt safe. Room was nice and big.
Breakfast area needs and up do. We didn’t stay for breakfast. It was ok to stay the night
The property is slightly old but is well maintained. Staff is very helpful. Even though I had to checkout they were helpful in keeping my luggage safe for a good 4 hours without any issue. They also let me check in early since I had arrived early
Nice property for a short stay in Kingston, friendly, helpful staff. Ricardo at the front desk was especially helpful and a pleasant gentleman.Ms Maeve's food was fresh and nice.
It would have been nice to have 2 complimentary bottles of water which is normal when staying in a hotel or guest house these had to be purchased and there was some banging in the early hours of mornings that woke me up, but apart from that, a lovely, clean convenient place to stay.
