In particular the person checking us in was wonderful, we were having such a bad journey resulting in the hotel booking as an unplanned expense and she cheered me right up. "A lovely place to stay and very central. Friendly staff and a convenient location. Lovely cooked breakfast. The shower was a bit dated and there were no radiators but there was an electrical radiator. The room itself was of good quality. Would definately stay here again."
