"The person that met me seemed very disinterested. The room they gave me didn't match the pictures on Hotels.com. It was tiny, I wouldn't have booked it if the pictures had shown the correct room. The shower didn't work. The person seemed unconcerned, just said a guest had broken it and there was a bathroom down the hall. The bathroom down the hall looked like someone's personal bathroom, with toothbrushes, lots of personal toiletries etc. The person didn't offer an alternative room, even though there were unbooked rooms. Wanted to charge me more if I moved to their other single room. The whole feel of the person who met me was of someone that really didn't want any guests. No information given about front door access times, checking out, other general info, just here's your room. I can sleep anywhere, I ofen camp in a tent so I'm not a fussy person. This is the first time I've ever left a poor review, I'm not a serial complainer. Just not "as described" wrong room, no shower, no interest shown by proprietor."
