Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed, Sofa Bed (Single) (Child Only)
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Electricity, bed linen, towels and superfast broadband included. Underfloor electric central heating included (24th September-22nd April). Telephone - for incoming calls only. Garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Garage parking for 1 car. No smoking.. In the mild climate of the South Hams, this single-storey link house enjoys a quiet location just 1.5 miles from the popular water sports centre of Salcombe and 0.5 miles from Marlborough’s 3 pubs, shop/garage, tennis courts and children’s play area. The coastal path offers good walking, and superb sandy beaches at Hope Cove and Thurlestone are under 2 miles. Nearby are Overbecks (National Trust), Bigbury and renowned golf courses whilst Torbay, Dartmouth, Plymouth, Slapton Ley Nature Reserve and Dartmoor are within easy reach. Beach 2 miles. Shop and pub 0.5 miles.

A few days away
Lovely little property, (could do with modernising. )but it was clean, was more than adequately equipped. Great walks from doorstep. Good busses. Lovely beaches.
