"We loved staying at this property! It's well appointed and decorated and has most everything you could need. If you're a light sleeper bring a noise machine, because the nearby trains can get a little loud, but all three of my kids slept so well with just a little extra white noise. We stayed here and spent time at the Grand Canyon and a day in Vegas. It was a good middle ground to check out several tourist spots in the region. "

"Great stay in Chloride - the accomodations are lovely and felt like home - there's a home office if you have to catch up on work. Chloride is such a cool small town. Remote enough for quiet and close enough to Kingsman if you need to shop. Highly recommend for a quiet & tranquil retreat. "

On arrival we called the contact number (owner lives in Tennessee) and before we could get him to answer the phone we discovered the key box on the door knob was not locked and the entry key was inside. "The owner was very attentive to us and was so pleasant to speak with. Even before we arrived; in the directions it stated watch out for Cows, that was a fact. Free range cattle every where, with cattle guards all along the roads and bold writing on pavement. You Will need a high clearance vehicle to traverse the terrain. "We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very clean. It had everything we could possibly need. It was rustic and charming! It was so peaceful sitting on the deck in the morning drinking coffee. Very roomy throughout and loved the upstairs with the bar and pool table. It was in nice location, very quiet, yet close enough to the lodge. Large enough garage for our offroad toys. We would definitely book this property again and recommend to others!!!"
