"We stayed in this home for 3 nights and everything was great! The home was clean, decor was nice and modern and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you could possibly need. I really cannot think of anything that we needed that they did not have. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay while visiting Bullhead City. "

"Very spacious house for entertaining your friends and family. Plenty of room and parking. Although some of the game room could use updating I will definitely consider it for future visits. Also the host needs to just leave the house rules and WiFi password on the kitchen counter for the guests to easily access."

"1st time to Arizona and using VRBO. Once we made contact with our host everything was great. The home was fairly new, barely used. "This property was perfect for a 3 day stay in Bullhead City for a softball tournament. The kitchen was well stocked, and the amenities well thought out. The gathering places were wonderful, especially the decks over looking the Colorado River. The property had its own boat dock, and although it was a little cold in February to fully use it, we enjoyed sitting on the dock in the sun, dipping our toes, and enjoying the wildlife, fish and beautiful sunsets. "No upper cabinet spaces for our food, they were full of plastic containers. Pantry was locked so couldnt use. Was disappointed that we couldnt use garage for our outside stuff. ."
