The kids enjoyed the pool every day and would have stayed in it every minute. The outdoor space was so nice to sit and relax, have dinner. Everyone in our group was very pleased with this home. The complex is small and there is minimal parking for large vehicles and larger sized boats. The streets are narrow and a lot of the curb parking is painted red. "Our stay in Havasu was great! We have a large family and everyone is now an adult (college aged) and my mom being elderly we needed space but a place to gather as well and this house was perfect for that. We didn’t use the pool but we we did use the hot tub and it heated nicely. The house is all on one level which makes it easier on my mom. The master sauna did not work for us and there were no instructions for it but that was fine. The owner lives nearby and was super responsive when I asked...

"We loved staying at this property! It's well appointed and decorated and has most everything you could need. If you're a light sleeper bring a noise machine, because the nearby trains can get a little loud, but all three of my kids slept so well with just a little extra white noise. We stayed here and spent time at the Grand Canyon and a day in Vegas. It was a good middle ground to check out several tourist spots in the region. "
