"Showed up to check in at about 5pm - pretty normal time. Wandering around with our suitcases looking for where to get in. Find a random door in an alley that says check-in. It's locked. Go to the coffee shop, it's closed and locked. Go to the restaurant, the guy says "yeah it's the door in the alley". I said it's locked!
