"All the staff were very helpful & welcoming during our stay, I would like to thank Timothy Wabuti, Konrad Wachenyi, Lucy Wanjiru & housekeeper Tabitha. we loved the location plus its also in a quiet area, close to many amenities. we had booked for a king size which was not available at reservation but the front desk moved us to a king size bed a few days after we arrived."

" I previously stayed at Cozy in 2018 and it was great, so I expected the same this time in 2024. The apartment we stayed at was run down, with water stains and paint peeling off the walls; water from the showers flooded the floors outside the showers; the washer/washing machine was filthy, not even a single complimentary pod or a little laundrry detergent was provided to get one started; the showers did not have hot water, which was eventually fixed but at great inconvenience to us. "I couldn't stay there and I couldn't get a refund. The room is so outdated, everything is old, I can hear the neighbors next door, there is, no privacy. The TV is like in the early 90's. It was a mistake that I made that reservation. Please before booking this place Ho and check tge room yourself. The staff were very nice and professional. "No Wi-Fi internet and they don’t care about there customers. Place is full of mosquitoes and if you don’t want to have malaria please avoid this place. One of there managers called Lilian she doesn’t care at all. You can’t even have cell phones reception inside the house. "

"Everything was great except that they lost my luggage when I checked in. They took my bag to another guest's room and that guest called the front desk repeatedly but no one answered. I called the front desk repeatedly over an hour and finally tracked my bag down as I waited at the front desk and the guest returned the bag themself "

"Overall great choice to stay while in Nairobi. I wanted somewhere walkable downtown and ot was perfect. Quiet enough but easy walk around downtown. Everyone was extremely nice including the hosts at the restaurant. Breakfast included was a good start. Rooms very clean. Kudos to the team "

"The staff are what makes this hotel so special. For example, we went on a game drive at the beautiful park that adjoins the hotel. There were rain showers and by the time I returned to the hotel my shoes were covered in mud. I took my shoes off and was in the lawn, trying to clean them with a stick. Your man Edward came over and offered to clean my shoes. I was so grateful for his help. A little later Edward returned my shoes, clean and free of mud. This is but one example of the above and beyond service that makes Ole Sereni a top notch, world class hotel."

"We stayed one night because we arrived in Nairobi late and didn’t want to fuss over getting into the city. The hotel shuttle is easy to pick up from the airport and well marked. We were greeted by friendly staff who anticipated our needs and questions. We had a clean room and enjoyed the rooftop bar after checking in. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast filled with familiar dishes and some local one too."

"Everyone was very welcoming and genuinely nice whether it was the service in their 3 restaurants, walking around in the hotel, or asking for information. Always willing to help even for a visit at the city market or a quick history tour of the hotel of the great explorers Stanley and Livingstone. Live music 3 times a week and the buffets were always very tasty. "
