" I previously stayed at Cozy in 2018 and it was great, so I expected the same this time in 2024. The apartment we stayed at was run down, with water stains and paint peeling off the walls; water from the showers flooded the floors outside the showers; the washer/washing machine was filthy, not even a single complimentary pod or a little laundrry detergent was provided to get one started; the showers did not have hot water, which was eventually fixed but at great inconvenience to us. On one of the colder nights I requested an extra sheet or comforter. They declined saying it was their policy that guests could only use what had already been provided and wouldn't make any accomodations, yet there wasn't even a top sheet on the beds - just a fitted sheet and comforter. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and I would not stay here again, and will advise others not to stay here either."

"All the staff were very helpful & welcoming during our stay, I would like to thank Timothy Wabuti, Konrad Wachenyi, Lucy Wanjiru & housekeeper Tabitha. we loved the location plus its also in a quiet area, close to many amenities. we had booked for a king size which was not available at reservation but the front desk moved us to a king size bed a few days after we arrived."
