"Due to flight change arrived very early (8.30am) but was able to access my room for a $50 charge. Nice pool and (small) gym area, great range of breakfast options. Only complaint was that the Laundry service is on the pricier end and was not returned on time and needed phone calls to cause so my departure was not delayed"

"Excellent hotel. We had a small issue with a restaurant experience and the staff went way out of their way to make it right - which they absolutely did. We are very grateful for service professionals such as these. Food was excellent, rooftop bar was fun, great gym, and incredibly friendly staff - from the security team at the front gate, to reception, to the housekeepers and waitstaff on the roof - thank you to them for all their amazing kindness! We will be back!"

"Gorgeous new property! Set in a lovely quiet neighborhood (~spring valley) in Nairobi, near Westlands for shopping. Beautiful rooms, nicely styled, lots of amenities.including a house made coffee dacial.scrub brought at turn down, and excellent restaurant on site. We loved our short stay."

"I have stayed at Trademark a few times now and I love the hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The hotel is always clean, the breakfast is excellent and the location is great with Village Market next door. HOWEVER- on this last trip the WiFi kept kicking me out and was completely unreliable for my 4 day stay. I could not do my work and hosting Zooms was not possible. For this reason and this reason alone/ I will not return to Tradmark as I spent 4 days struggling with the WiFi. I...

" I previously stayed at Cozy in 2018 and it was great, so I expected the same this time in 2024. The apartment we stayed at was run down, with water stains and paint peeling off the walls; water from the showers flooded the floors outside the showers; the washer/washing machine was filthy, not even a single complimentary pod or a little laundrry detergent was provided to get one started; the showers did not have hot water, which was eventually fixed but at great inconvenience to us. On one of the colder nights I requested an extra sheet or comforter. They declined saying it was their policy that guests could only use what had already been provided and wouldn't make any accomodations, yet there wasn't even a top sheet on the beds - just a fitted sheet and comforter. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and I would not stay here again, and will advise others not to stay here either."
