"This property is more like an Air BnB than a hotel. I was emailed the front door entrance code and the room key was in the room. The entrance and hallway were very well decorated with clean (possible new) carpets. It smelled fresh. The room was equally as clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. "Handy for Rothsey, and a lovely old building. My room was facing the harbour and an interesting view. Tired in places, chair was very wobbly, and doors etc as you would expect in a property of this age. However, the retro-fitted en-suite was good, and nice and clean. Felt like carpet had not been hovered. The Scottish breakfast was nice and not too overwhelming. Just right. The guys running the place were really friendly and polite."

"Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house.
