"Room was a bit tight for 4 people. Normally the beds are prepared for sleeping at the end of the day but it was not the case in this hotel. Dinner and breakfast were good- big spread and delicious. "

"It's too bad the hotel was in such bad shape! We were looking forward to some rest and relaxation. The Onsen main bath was closed due to maintenance so men and women had to take turns using the other bath. Asking about nearby restaurants for dinner because hotel's dinner was only available with reservations, front desk clerk clearly told us there were only izakayas, bars, available nearby. "The room is amazing, the staff is very helpful and welcoming. The open air hot spring is nice and quieter than i thought. I literally enjoyed the open air hot spring with no one else. The breakfast was amazing! "

"We had a lovely time at Sekoen. Everyone there is very professional. Their smiling faces really light the the days of guests. The meals are very delicious and they are very thoughtful to include local delicacy in their dishes. I am especially impressed with the way they serve the breakfast and dinner.
