"Across the street from two gorgeous beaches, one mostly sand, the nearer one with volcanic rocks which yield some fun tide-pools. Very short walk to three strip-malls, full of stores and restaurants: seafood, Mexican, Thai, fine dining, coffee, ice cream, shave ice--it's all an easy walk. Lots of pedestrian crossings over to the beach. We're so glad we didn't spend the extra money to stay on the beach side. Service was good, not exceptional; we had to ask for extra pillows a second time--not a...

"We chose to stay here rather than go to a resort, we saved money and we had the freedom to cook out meals when we wanted to. Very close walking distance to the beach(literally across the street) and to shopping centers both to the right and left of the Condos. Shut up and book this place already!"

"The only complaint we have is the noise. Our condo was close to the main road. Other occupants at the condo not abiding by the quiet time rules. Not a deal breaker by any means just a little annoying at times."

"We had a one week stay and enjoyed all aspects of the property. The unit was fully equipped with all the essentials and nice and clean. The complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The pool area is excellent and has excellent BBQ’s for grilling. The beach is across the street and although S. Kihei Rd is busy thoroughfare there is a good buffer zone and the area is quiet."

"The Maui Banyan is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The condo was a little dated and very dark. The studio we had was clean and tidy, and well equipped, however there was limited counter space to prepare food. Having said all we enjoyed our stay for 4 nights."

"Overall, a great location and a great property with all the amenities. The grounds were meticulously looked after. Our unit was in great shape and included everything down to beach towels and snorkeling equipment. My only complaint is that the beach chairs, beach umbrella and snorkeling equipment was very very beat up and pretty much falling apart. Borderline usable."

"Host was very communicative and helpful. Gave us heads up on activities around the area. Apartment is near many food trucks and other dining options - all walkable. Plus it has a TV to netflix and chill. Easy and convenient parking too. The room was clean and tidy. Has many beach towels, an umbrella stand, and beach chairs. Great stay!!!"

Shores of Maui - Ocean View- Top Floor Unit--Spacious! AC & WiFi

Lovely stay in Kihei!

"This lovely complex was located right across the street from Cove Beach Park and just a short walk to Charley Young beach. Could look out the window and see the sunset over the ocean every evening! We really enjoyed being able to walk to the food trucks and Foodland as well as loads of restaurants. Nice pool and hot tub in the complex. Bedrooms were really spacious. Unit isn't the most up to date, but had everything we needed and was affordable for such a great location. Thanks for a great stay!"

MAUI OCEAN VIEW 2 bed 2 bath with Air Conditioning

Great on the Budget!

"We had an amazing stay. Place is very clean. Perfect view, ocean across the street. Rocky, but small place to swim on the right. Kitchen fully stocked. Beds comfortable. This place is not fancy but great price & like i said very clean. Everything you need for a great stay. Washer/dyer a big plus. Air conditioning in each room. Temperature was perfect inside. Communication with owner was so easy. She always responded & answered phone when i had questions. The only thing i would have liked was better beach chairs. One was broken, one kids chair and 2 heavy old beach chairs. They worked. But a couple of Costco chairs would be nice. And I’m sure owner would accommodate. She was lovely. ..I hope this review helps! Have a great stay. One thing i loved is one bathroom had 4 large towel racks for hanging bathing suits and towels. Seems like something little but helped more than you know! Have a great stay! T I perfect stay. "

"We had an amazing stay here. Most of us were here for a week, and it was a week of bliss. The houses were clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hottub were fantastic and Sherwin made sure we had everything we needed! We loved the location and the entire experience !
