"I will start with the pros. 1. Excellent, walkable location to Tigertail beach. 2. Beach chairs, cooler and beach towels provided plus some floaties for the pool. 3. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware and spices etc. 4. Fishing dock with chairs and grill on patio. Cons 1.Rental agency, though very quick to respond to any questions, deferred any issues with rental stating they would "let the owner know". This was fairly frustrating when we were left to repair any issues...

"The check in process was fairly simple, we had a hiccup but it was rectified quickly. The house is a lovely property in a great neighborhood. Very clean. Very convenient to everything. Beautiful pool area. A couple of cons, it is very noisy in the pool area due to the proximity to a very heavily traveled noisy main thoroughfare. Hard to have a conversation at times. The furniture in the house is worn and stained but I do get it is a rental but it could use some updating as can the overhead...

"We had a great booking with this host from the start! They were timely, and prompt with responses. Even at the end of the stay, I had a few questions the night before and emailed, and got a response within 30 minutes that was super helpful! The location was amazing, and if you wanted to you could walk to Tiger Tail. (Just without a bunch of beach equipment ). We would 100% rent from tbis host and this property again! "

Bikes for adults and children as well as a bike trailer for younger children. The pool and hot tub were the perfect size and temperature. The home was very cozy and warm. "Everything as advertised, great place to stay at on Marco on the south end. Appreciated the bikes in the garage and shirt ride to the beach and restaurants. Superb communication offering early check in as well late late check out at reasonable rate. "

"The villa is lovely- very spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The new pool and jacuzzi outside is especially good The location is a few minutes walk to the beach and to various restaurants. A supermarket is an easy drive. I have no reservations in recommending the holiday rental. We had a great holiday "

"The hotel is walkable to shopping and dining. Very quiet. Friendly staff. There is a shuttle that will take you within a few miles of the hotel. Free bicycles. Great food in the restaurant but there are many food options close by. Two bedroom condo was huge and immaculate. "
