"Very clean hotel. From Suvanabhumi Airport, we rode Airport Rail Line (Red) for 5 stops to Patchaburi Station. Then changed to MRT (Blue line subway) for 9 stop-ride and got off at Kamphaeng Phet Station and walked to the hotel. Our room rate did not include breakfast and we paid 220 THB per pax for buffet breakfast. Very nice breakfast too. The receptionists can also call Grab Taxi for your transports."

"This is my second time staying in the best Western hotel outside of America. Like others have pointed out this is in a nice area. That’s close to the subway and many places are walking distance from here. It’s a nice quiet area and awesome part is you can get a 1 hour deep tissue massage for $13. The breakfast at the hotel was awesome. It was small, but all the items were quality and every day many items had changed. "Banyan continues to be my favorite hotel during my stays in Bangkok. The staff operates in a level above and beyond other local hotels. They are professional, helpful, and pleasant. They really make a customer feel welcome. The food is also phenomenal. I’m not a breakfast person but I kept going to the buffet because of the quality of the selection. It’s healthy and delicious! The hotel’s best amenity remains the spa and the aromatherapy used throughout the stay. They continually change the fragrances in the room, which helps the guest relax. My only qualm remains the long walk to the local dining areas, but you get what you pay for especially with Banyan. The quality is definitely 5 star."
