"Booked this hotel for my parents’ trip and they came back with nothing but praises. Location is convenient which we knew from the start, but it was the service that was exceptional. The front desk was friendly, helping make their stay a pleasant and comfortable one - especially Kochakorn (Sor), Chonticha (didn’t get the nickname though, but it sounded like it rhymed with “name”), Kullanit (Job), and Lisa - apologies if I got their names wrong! "Rooms were old and worn but service was good. We originally were placed in a smoking room in a bad location - double bad. They immediately moved us to an upgraded room in a nonsmoking area which we appreciated. We appreciated their willingness to help call taxis and the location was great, just a quick walk to food and the skytrain station!"
