"Overall, the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was good and plenty of variety. Location is a short walk from many restaurants, food carts and the famous Khoasan road. The hotel staff was very attentive, provided a scale to weigh luggage before our flight. What was missing was consistent Wi-Fi connection. If you want or need to get work done via internet, good luck. No one could seem to fix the issue and thus our 2 week stay was without internet connection made it less...

"We enjoyed the pools, gym, and walkable distance to nearby markets and Khao San Rd. Rooms were large and bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful. The area is a bit difficult to get transportation to, due to road closures and lack of public transportation. The rooms could use a deeper cleaning. "

"This hotel is very close to many bars and restaurants and therefore we loved it. But rooms are not soundproof as we were at the front and never managed to get to sleep till after 4.00 am each night. After three nights we were exhausted as we were up early doing things. Otherwise a beautiful hotel with really exceptional staff. Lovely spa onsite too. "
