"The house is just as advertised, clean, up to date, and roomy. Key Colony Beach is the perfect spot for boating/fishing etc. Right off of Vaca Cut. Communication with the owner was awesome. Quick responses and lots of advice. We stay in KCB every year, and this was one of our favorites/ Additionally, we vacationed with another family who had the other duplex. So convenient. Thanks George, we are already looking at dates next year!"

"It was a great week. Daughter and grand daughter went over to the club and swam in pool and went to beachl Said it was great. I had a small pet and she could go for walks. She did not like the rocks but made out ok. Some in the group went fishing at the marina. Grand daughter and husband fished from the dock out back. Had great fun."

"This property checked all the boxes off . Had everything we needed. Enjoyed eating outside covered from the sun it was lovely. Fish cleaning station is wo derful too. Seeing the fish in the water a night was awesome"

"I stay in the keys 2-3 times per year and this place was fantastic! Great location, and easy to get to. Beautiful back yard--much bigger than the pics give it credit for. Great communication with owner and so pleasant to work with. NO issues at all, everything included--even hair dryers in BOTH bathrooms! Cooked eggs and sausage outside on the black stone every morning, even has a fish cooler to keep you fresh catch! We will return for sure--highly recommend"

"The property is in a great location relative to the cabana club and restaurants. 4th is quiet and doesn’t get a lot of traffic. The condo was great with a very nice outside space. Everything was cleaned very well. The kitchen is well stocked and a grill is an added bonus. We hope to be back soon "

"The property is better than the pictures allow. The bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable mattresses and linens. Plenty of storage in both rooms. The kitchen has a massive countertop that allowed our family of four to spread out and eat our home cooked fresh catch. Only 2 stools to sit on though. The couch is very comfortable and my teenage son fell asleep on it many nights. The artifical grass out back was more comfortable on bare feet than stone or wood in the heat. Luckily for us no one...

"We encountered a couple of items that needed to be addressed. The hosts were prompt and took care of everything. Just can't say enough about the personal care and service they provided. The house has a great layout and is convenient to getting in and out of Key Colony. The dock and pool were perfect for our needs. Really loved this place."
