Whether your Idea of Paradise is beyond fishing, diving and boating, the warm Florida Sunshine and Fresh Tropical Breezes Welcome you to our home! This 1/2 duplex is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a 2 vehicle carport and all the amenities you would expect to have, including a FULL kitchen, Internet & Wifi, Smart TV's, smart washer and drier, and more!
Surrounded by the beautiful turquoise blue waters, sandy white beaches and sand bars, there's tons of fun waiting for you! FREE Snorkeling gear, Paddle Board and Kayak, Beach Chairs & Beach COOLER available on the premises for you! Jet Skiing and Para-Sailing, just before a few ice cold cocktails and dining, all just minutes away.
Then after a long day of play, you can relax in the Private inground pool, next to your own Private 30' boat dock w fish cleaning station to prepare the days catch, read a book while laying in the lounge chairs or swing in the hammock with the palm shady breezes!
After resting up in the ice cold airconditioned king sized beds, there's still more adventures to be had! Skydiving, helicopter and airplane rides, or leisurely enjoy casual walks on the beach, then shopping and taking in the sites and sunsets the Florida Keys are known for, before dancing the night away! Our home is centrally located to fulfill All Your Dreams in Paradise, just a short walk or drive away! Two convenience stores w the best gas prices in all of the keys, 24hr ice machine, and a bar & grill all within 100 yards, walking distance! Recently added are 2 new Stand-up Paddle boards & Strong Breeze commercial patio fan to enjoy the views sitting outside!

Convenient but private
This is one of the best places to stay in Marathon. It's convenient to the grocery stores, and other areas, but is very private and comfortable. The dock names it nice for getting out to fish or dive, it's only a 10 minute cruise out to the open water. The check in and check out are easiest we've ever done, and the hosts have made sure everything you need is there from kitchen needs to extra towels for the beach or pool. Yes we will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a quiet home away from home to relax and unwind.

Perfect Vacation Spot
This rental was perfect for our family of four. We came down for lobster mini season and the boat dockage was very convenient and a short ride to both the Atlantic and Gulf. The rental was clean, spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. Very comfortable and beautiful views. We can’t wait to come again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Very clean and comfy beds. Love the shampoos and detergents, make for less packing. Pool area is gorgeous with nice landscaping. We used the grill several times. Saw manatees the next canal over when we went for a walk. Can’t wait to go back!

This home is a great little gem of a place to stay. From the pool to the canal out back where we watched manatees and fished every day. The home it's self is layed out nicly with mostly new appliances. Will definitely be returning to this location. We had a wonderful vacation. The house was spotless. The manager was awesome. My daughter and I felt very safe. The location was perfect. We saw a manatee right off the pier. The kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes were a bonus. The manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip. Highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The host was very accommodating and communicative. The house was very clean with all the amenities including cable, which was so nice as we were able to watch all of the football games. We saw manatees in the canal every day and caught a few fish from the dock! 10/10 would highly recommend :)

Total Rejuvenation!
This was a trip to find the sun and it was fantastic! Watching the birds and iguana on the canal and enjoying the pool while watching the sunset was food for the soul. The property was clean, the hosts were friendly & responsive. Great access by bike or foot for food @ many waterfront locations. Loved the state parks, nature centers and the restaurants. Great trip! The perfect relaxing getaway
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect. The private pool was amazing. The kayak and paddleboards were a ton of fun. The covered patio was a great spot to sit and watch the thunderstorms roll by. The location was central to everything we wanted to do in the Keys. If you're looking for a Keys vacation but don't want the party central vibe that comes with Key West, then this is your spot.

Celebrating in the fabulous Florida Keys
Perfect spot for the two us, celebrating our Anniversary. Centralized for seeing all there is to see, but also so nice to just hang out at your home away from home, enjoying the private pool, dining on the patio, fishing from the dock, exquisite sunsets..... A week to rest
It was a great place to recoup. It’s on a quiet street and canal. There were new Moutain bikes that we took out daily . The pool is small but warm and clean. Our hosts were quick to answer any questions we had and worked hard to accommodate our late departure. Thanks again for having us.

Great house and location. The communication with the owner Luis was great. The dock worked perfect for our 24 ft boat. Loved being able to walk out the back door and get into the boat and head out to fish or hang out on the sandbar. A 2 minute walk across the street to Sparky's to eat. We will definitely be staying here again.

Relaxing in the Keys!
My friend and I enjoyed this property and it’s location very much. It was close to shopping and dining but yet private enough for quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed fishing at all hours of the day from our back porch to hopping in the kayak or on the paddle boards for an adventure around in the water. The private pool was definitely a bonus at the end of the day. This place had all that you would want or need while on vacation. I will definitely rent this place again when I return to the Keys!

Tropical treasure
My wife and I went to Marathon for eight wonderful days at "Paradise". Back at our NC mountain home, the mornings were in the 20s, while we sipped our morning coffee poolside. Tough, I know, but we made it through! The king size bed made for deep sleep after days of exploring the Keys. We intend to return!
