"This is a great place. We were told on the first day that we could not check in until 8:30 p.m. because there wasn't a cleaner available, this did put a damper on our travel and rest day. They said they would contact us when it was ready, but they did not do that. We loved staying here, we just have a few suggestions. The tub was very slippery, recommend a tub mat of sorts so nobody slides down. There were no washcloths in the restroom available. The kitchen did not have very many cooking...

"My trip was so nice and easy staying at this flat. All the rooms are very open and spacious. The balcony was great for seeing the NY fireworks and Simon and Ingrid were fantastic hosts. "We had a fantastic stay on the Thames in Richmond! Incredible location that is just a few steps from cafes, restaurants, and pubs! Was a great fit for our family of four, and the separate rooms for the toilet and shower actually made our routines more efficient. The Nespresso coffee pods, quart of milk, and prosecco were a welcome gift when we arrived! They had everything we needed to cook and there were just enough plates, cups and silverware for one meal for four people. We were happy to have...

"This stay was amazing! Great kitchen and laundry included. Both bedrooms were comfortable and we had plenty of space. Entry stairs into the apartment were a bit steep and narrow, but once inside it was worth it! Catching transportation was easy and great coming in from Heathrow. If we come back I'd definitely return to this place! And the pub next door, The Globe, was so friendly with fantastic food!"

"Comfortable, homely and quiet place to stay. Central Richmond and the river is a few minutes walk away, easy access to the station for heading into London, and about 20 mins walk to Kew Gardens. Chris was friendly and keen to make sure we had a good stay. "

"The property was modern and clean and very warm. The position of the property was very good. The original booking said that one parking space was included, but this was not the case and was not communicated to us very well at all. In fact the owner told us we could unload our car by the door and then move the car to a public car, what they didn't say was that we would get fined if we parked too long! As the keyholder did not turn up for half an hour, we have been told that we will be fined. ...

"We had a wonderful stay in the ground floor flat in Richmond. It was clean and cozy and a great location for Kew gardens, Richmond and also trips into central London. The owner was quick to respond and offered wonderful suggestions of where to go and where to eat. I would happily stay again. "
