"Area around the hotel increasingly dodgy with the Urgent Care across the road maybe attracting some people with problems into the hotel lobby for warmth in the winter, but the real cleanliness, quiet and efficiency we've come to expect from this property were in evidence again. I would definitely stay here again during the holidays, a nice poinsettia tree in the lobby, room very clean and cleaning staff friendly, check-in quite efficient on Christmas Day and parking super convenient for loading...

"There were no wash cloth, kitchen towels, or hand towel. I guess you have to take those with you. We had to buy a bar of soap and a body scrubber. You have to get into shower before you turn the water on. The shower head is not adjustable. You can hear upstairs noise and voices. Otherwise convenient and clean. "
