"View from our room was great and the room in big. The room with a whirlpool is a bit odd as the bathroom has a glass folding door to the main room, so you can hear everything. Also the beds were very springy and lumpy. Uncomfortable beds - which is unusual for Hilton properties."

"The room had a beautiful view but the air conditioner didn’t work and made a constant dripping noise. The bathroom had shoddy fixtures, nowhere to hang towels to dry, and the floor was not properly sealed so water seeped in and then oozed back out whenever we walked in it. Also, the refrigerator started making noise so we had to unplug it to get back to sleep. "

"Americana is the perfect family vacation spot if you have little ones. The waterpark is very young child friendly. The room was very clean (including the bathtub). I would highly recommend to other families looking for a mini getaway. The only downside is parking and breakfast is not included. There is a breakfast buffet on site that is good. These two things will add an additional $25 plus tax per night for parking and $20/adult and $10/child over 3, for breakfast."
