"Not impressed since I wasn't aware of the hot water situation. It would have been nice to be notified that there would be no hot water from wednesday night to thursday 5 p.m. upon arrival! As well, for the duration of our stay, there was no kleenex box. Asked at front desk for 2 nights in a row. The response I received was, "housekeeping has to order it". "The hotel was located in a good spot for our stay needs, not too far from a few restaurants and dining areas off of the 403 and close to the go station. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for affordable, clean, and an excellent stay."

"We stayed here two nights the room we were in had a bad mattress and I talked to the front desk after the first night and with 3 hours we had been moved to another room and upgraded to a suite. We had a very comfortable night the second night . The staff were exceptional in handling the situation and we would highly recommend the hotel"

"My fiancée and I stayed at the Vistor's Inn for a couple nights. Overall the hotel was fantastic. The staff were friendly, and the rooms are very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub with the jets and lights on. The pool was great too and not too cold. We didnt expect a dry sauna so it was cool to try that. We loved that we could drive around the hotel to the back and park right outside our room instead of going through the whole hotel. Super convenient. Only complaint we...
