"Clean, modern room. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Large shower/tub with hot water and good water pressure. Will mention there are stairs so may not ideal for some individuals."

"Clean. Newly renovated. Had to ask for sofa bed linens and make it. Sofa bed mattress looked old and in need of change. Staff was very helpful and offered room change. New 5ft step in shower with handheld sprayer was lovely. Morning staff were helpful and received feedback well."

"The place is what you would expect from an old Motel. The room smelled a bit funky but clean… as it could be. Small things could be fixed up with little effort like fix hole in drywall, get some bath towels that aren’t wore torn with holes in them… it is Xmas week so I get the price being up buuut really not worth what charging. Good hot shower and unit was nice and warm. Go into gas station fir check in. "

"This place is Magic. Wonderfully positioned on the Winnipeg river system. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, lounging on the deck, hiking local trails and unwinding from our busy city life schedule. Would definitely rebook in the future. "

"Exceptional week in this stunning home. Went fishing everyday. Had to improvise a bit for cleaning fish and charging boat batteries as there is no electricity at the dock. Had to drive a pickup precariously up and down the drive from the house to the lakeshore but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again!"
