"The building is on London Road, about 10 to 15 minutes from the bus stop (near the church). I had booked a single room but got upgraded to a double room (larger than the 2 flats I rented when I was living in Bristol!). It was just above the pub, so it's a bit noisy until 10pm but that was fine with me as there was no noise in the corridor outside the room. The room was quite warm (19 degrees Celsius) and really dry (60% humidity), the building it old, so the plumbing is a bit noisy, but there...

"The property could do with a little modernisation, however, we went for it because of cost, and convenience. We couldn't check in till we arrived which was half past midnight and the staff were very understanding and checked us in cheerfully!!! I was rather embarrassed that we were so late, but she was so nice. We were very tired, but, you can't sleep in a bad bed even when tired - So, the beds were great and we slept like a log!!!! The bed was clean, comfy and no issues at all...
