"We had a great time on our recent stay here. short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. This home was fully stocked with all the amenities and truly felt like our home away from home. Check in/out was seamless and there was great communication the the host. If we ever plan to travel to the area again, we would definately stay here once more. "

"We stayed in mid-October for a wedding. Front porch has amazing sunrises and retains heat during the day in the off-season. Close to lots of amazing things including the beach (front yard). Hosts were easy to contact. There is a mandatory third party damage waiver as an FYI. Would stay again! Thanks!"

"A charming cottage with Murphy bed that worked well for us for a couple of nights. A gorgeous view through the front picture windows, with the beach and ocean directly in front of our place. We had a great time with many long walks on the beach. "

"The cottage is only a few meters from the ocean, and a short walk from the parking lot by Nubble Light. It has a full-size washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable. There was a surprise ice storm just before we arrived, and the owners, from Florida, arranged for the steps to be cleared and salted before we got back from dinner. I have allergies, and there were no air fresheners or other perfumes. We were very happy."

"Nicole is a super host (pun intended). We didn’t meet in person, but she was welcoming, attentive, and kind. The cottage was clean, quiet, and well-apportioned. Extras were provided and were much appreciated. Hot water and a working furnace were so appreciated. The cottage is close to everything and truly steps away from Long Sands Beach. I recommend this cottage and staying in October. Very cozy. "

"We filled the house and it still felt big! There was space for everyone to move around and relax in the house, yet all spaces fit all of us as well. The kitchen was great to cook in and the gym allowed us to work out! We loved the hot tub and the views from the bedrooms and the living areas were amazing. Thank you for another great stay! "

"Owner should get new cleaners. House smelled like dog urine. Bathroom smelled like human urine. Had to clean floors and bathroom…lots of dirt…not sure the last time floors were I’m mopped. Dog hair on sheets. Beds were not comfortable so be prepared. Parking is a challenge. One paid parking spot in front ($36/day). Can park super close to house for 2nd spot. Owner not very responsive. Had to constantly message for arrival info and didn’t get it until 10 mins after checkin time. No instructions...

"The house is great for a group. There are lots of gathering spaces. There is a nice big kitchen, dining room and living room. The best is the screened porch! The ability to walk downtown is a bonus. We will absolutely stay here again!"

"When you open the front door you feel right at home. The property layout gives you space and connection and everything you need is there. We cooked our favorite holiday meals in the well appointed kitchen. The landscape and the natural setting of deer and ducks, beautiful sunrises at such a peaceful time of year was a gift.
